Download re.life collect App on the App Store or Google Play Store. Enter a valid mobile number, once you do that you will receive a verification SMS code. Then you will need to enter your email address to create an account and set up your profile. Enter your payment information, add your debit or credit card details. You will receive a verification email, once your email is verified you are all set up to use the app and request a new order.

Click on the service that you would like to request Move or Dispose. Choose the items that you would like re.life collect haulers to pick-up, add the quantity, take a picture of your items. Select the pick-up date and time, select the pick-up and drop-off location and confirm all of the logistics. Choose the number of helpers that you need and choose your method of payment. Confirm your booking. You will be notified once the hauler arrives to pick-up your items.

Yes, you can choose a specific date and time for the collection and transportation of your items.

No, you do not have to be available at both the pick-up and drop-off locations. You can add the name and number of the person who will be available at the pick-up and drop-off location instead of yourself.

Click on the orders tab on the application. And then click on the order that you want to view.

When your order is complete and delivered to the drop off location, you will receive an invoice to the email address on your re.life collect account.

You can only move or dispose of your bulky and heavy items, this includes furniture, appliances and any items above 50 kg.

For now, dispose service is only available for residents in the Emirate of Sharjah.

Go to the main page on the app and click on the contact us button, you can either call or WhatsApp us and provide us with your booking number to cancel your order.

If you cancel it within 5 minutes, there is no fee. If you cancel it after 5 minutes, the cancellation fee is AED 50.
