Getting started with re.life collect

re.life collect is available on the App Store and on the Google Play Store. Start by downloading the app and follow the instructions on screen. You will be prompted to enter your mobile number, which will need to be verified with an SMS code. Similarly, you enter and verify your email address. You can then create an account, set up your profile and add your payment information. Please note that to start making orders, your email address must be verified.

Within the application, choose on the service you would like to request – Move, Dispose or Home Moving. Within each of these choices, you can specify your requirements so the service is tailored to your needs.

 

For the Move or Dispose services, you will need to select the type of item that needs to be picked up, the quantity and provide reference pictures. Select the date, time, contact and location for pick-up. For the Move service, drop-off details need to be entered as well.

 

For Home Moving, provide details of the old address and new address, as well as the quantity of typical household items. Choose between standard the premium service, depending on whether you need packing of loose items into boxes and wall hangings. AC installation is not offered with Home Moving services. Choose the number of helpers, your method of payment and confirm your booking. You will be notified once the hauler arrives to pick-up your items.

Yes, you can schedule a specific date and time for the collection and transportation of your items. You can also choose for the service to be as soon as possible. re.life collect makes it easy to access services to meet your schedule, whether at a specific time or on-demand.

No, different contact people can be at the pick-up and drop-off location. You also don’t need to be in either location as a user. re.life collect has been designed to be as convenient and practical as possible. Simply add the name and number of the person who will be available at the pick-up and drop-off location, whether it is you, or another person.

Click on the orders tab on the application. And then click on the order that you want to view.

Yes, when your order is complete and delivered to the drop off location, you will receive an invoice to the email address registered with re.life collect.

Go to the main page on the app and click on the contact us button, you can either call or WhatsApp us and provide us with your booking number to cancel your order.

Cancellation within 5 minutes is free. However, if you cancel after 5 minutes, we charge an AED 50 cancellation fee.

Move Service

Whether you’re moving a sofa, a desk or any type of furniture or appliance, the Move service on re.life collect has you covered. We connect you to verified haulers and transportation companies who are reliable and move your items at affordable rates.

Moving charges start at AED 100. Additional cost depends on the distance between pick up and drop off locations as well as order complexity.

You can move any of your bulky and heavy items, this includes furniture, home appliances, electronics, rugs & carpets, outdoor furniture, plants & trees, sports equipment and any items above 50 kg.

While completing your order, click the information (i) button beside each vehicle name & type. Select the vehicle with the dimensions and capacity suitable to your items.

In case your items don’t fit in the vehicle, cancel your order and inform the relife support team. We will guide you on how to place a new order.

Yes, you do need to include the helper. A helper and the installation services are provided at an additional cost.

Dispose Service

Sustainably dispose of your unwanted heavy, bulky items with one of re.life collects recycling partners. This service allows you to schedule an instant pick-up or choose a time of your convenience to dispose of your furniture or any heavy, bulky unwanted items. As of now the service is only active in Dubai.

The price of the dispose service starts from AED 199.

You can only dispose of your bulky and heavy items, this includes furniture, appliances, plants, trees and any items above 50 kg. Food items and garbage aren’t included in this.

As of now the dispose service is only available for residents in the Emirate of Dubai. We will let clients know once the service is active in other Emirates.

Home Moving

re.life collect’s new Home Moving service helps you by doing all the heavy lifting and moving all your furniture and things from your current accommodation to your new accommodation whether it was a studio, apartment or villa.

The Standard Service includes:

– Dismantling and re-assembling of furniture items

– Installation of white goods included (AC installation is not included)

– Box packing for loose items are not included

The premium Service includes:

– Movers and Packers

– Packing of loose items in boxes

– Dismantling and re-assembling of furniture items

– Handyman (drilling, hanging items, installation of all items moved from point A to B)

– Installation of white goods (AC Installation is included)

A handyman is included, he can drill and install all of the items that have been moved from point A to B including installation of white goods.

The cost starts from AED 599  But the cost will vary depending on the type of accommodation and type of bedroom (1 bedroom, 2 bedroom..etc.). and the complexity of the order (helper, packaging, installation..etc..)

We have a professional team and we ensure that no damage occurs during the transportation, however in any case of damage, our insurance will cover it.

Before we onboard any drivers and helpers we make sure to verify all of them and we get all of their registered documents and they go through a process of security clearance and a background check from the authorities.

 

Under the Standard Service, you will need to pack loose items before the movers arrive. If you select the Premium Service, our packers will pack all loose items for you.

Rent-A-Truck

This service allows Enterprise clients to rent a truck for one full day to transport their bulky items and shipments from one location to another. The truck is provided with a driver. You have the option to rent by the hour or for a full day. A helper, installer and technician can be provided upon the request of the client at an additional cost.

The cost for renting a truck differs depending on the type of vehicle and size.

Now you can only rent the truck for one day. Please note that the booking of the truck needs to be done at least one day in advance in order to give us time to schedule and arrange accordingly with our team.

Each emirates has different legal requirements, so we need to provide permissible supply to operate in the given emirate.

Yes, you can rent more than 1 truck

No, the truck only comes with a driver. But you can request for a helper and an installer at an additional cost.
